Solid & Engineered Hardwood Maintenance:

- Keep your indoor relative humidity between 35%-55%, additional care is required during winter months to ensure adequate humidity. Recommended temperature is to be between 19-25 Celcius

- Clean up any spills immediately

- Regular vacuuming and sweeping

- Use furniture pads, rugs to avoid scratches

- Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, and abrasive cleaning tools 

 

Vinyl Floor Maintenance:

Regular vacuuming and sweeping

Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, and abrasive cleaning tools 

- Even though vinyl is waterproof, its not recommended for the floor to be submerged for extended periods of time

 

Laminate Floor Maintenance:

It is vital that you consult with your product manufacturer for specific maintenance guidelines to your specific product. 

 

Warranty:

Any warranties claimed must be made in writing to the seller. Seller will attempt to facilitate the claim with the manufacturer to the best of its ability. In the case a third party inspector is required, the purchaser will be responsible to acquire the inspection. Only in the event that the inspector deems the material is faulty, and such report is agreeable to the seller, the buyer can file a claim with the manufacturer for compensation including the inspection costs.
