Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy

- Please email us at info@hpflooring.design and obtain written return approval prior to shipping any items to our warehouse.

- Original sales invoices/receipts must accompany any returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

- Returns and exchanges on regularly stocked items can be processed within 30 days from invoice date; 30% restock charge may apply.

- No returns or exchanges for items that are on clearance, discontinued, custom made, opened, damaged, or otherwise specified.

- Returns and exchanges of non-stocked item will varies depending on the policy of the supplier.

 

 

Receiving/Damages

- HP's in-house delivery services are to the garage or loading dock only.

- It is the duty of the buyer to maintain products to manufacturer specified requirements. Please refer to product maintenance page of our website for more information.

- All items listed above are deemed to be the property of the seller until the balance is paid in full.

- It is the responsibility of buyer to verify the materials picked up/delivered matches the description, size, grade and volume of the actual order.
